My wife and I split. The judge at the time did not believe her lies and gave custody of our 1 year old son, with 4 days for me and 3 days for her. This arrangement has been going on now for 15 months and has essentially become the status quo. We are due to go for our final hearing next month, and i wanted to demonstrate that my child has developed, grown and has generally been happy in this arrangement. Does anyone know of what evidence I should be providing to demonstrate this? I have got a pre-school report saying he is performing beyond his peers etc.

Hello,

Sorry you haven''t had a reply yet.

You will need to prepare a position statement, it should be far more detailed and comprehensive that previous positions statements, and contain all the relevant evidence (ie the pre-school report). Include a draft of the Order you wish the Judge to make, using the CAP02 template. Keep your statement child-focused, clear, concise and written in a logical order.
