Hi,

Just after some advice really. Me and ex partner have a two year old daughter, I have sole residence and ex partner is on the birth certificate so automatically has parental responsibility. Things have been amicable up to now but now and again she hasnt turned up or her set days due to health issues which is understandable, however recently she''s had a mini stroke which makes me worry about my daughters safety, she''s also known to randomly collapse due to oxygen levels -it makes me worry incase this happens when my daughter is in her care. (luckily it hasn''t yet) Any advice please?
