I''ve had a child arrangements order in place for just over a year which works rather well, though I''ve found that both ExW and her new man have both got their houses up for sale to the thought is they''re moving in together.

I''ve asked where they''re moving to, and i''ve been stonewalled asto where.

Can I make any steps to force disclosurem before its too late for a Prohibited Steps Order?

Are you concerned that your exw will move away from the area, therefore making contact difficult?

Yes. She''s very evasive about where she''s going. Typical procedure on everything regrettably..

Your ex would need your permission to change schools so you could inform the school that they should contact you if they get such a request.

As you have a contact order you could request an amendment stating that she cant move the childrens school without the courts permission.

Ah, I didn''t know about the moving school bit.

As the judge made strong references repeating that ExW''s conduct on informing me on things will not be tolerated, i''ll approach that idea.

On a secondary note, if I tried to get a voluntary disclosure and that failed, and i had to resort to court action, am I allowed to ask for costs?
