Good Luck wolves1, u can do it, family member did and got 50/50, he did have a barrister as I had a male meber in family who was dealing with a difficult ex who wanted the child for 75% of the time instead of 50/50, its all about the amount of money she will get if she gets 75% of the time=75% of the money. He won and his child stays with him 50% of the time :cheer:

I might add this is what his child wanted as he is a wonderful Dad.=Quality time Dad

Wolves1 seems like you have an ex who wants control! Get a barrister and why should your child not stay with you for 50% of the time, I know a man who got it-he had to fight through court sadly with a very difficult controlling ex.:P
