I have recently been sent an email from my stbx solicitor sending me a copy of the index to the court bundle for the up and coming FHDRA proceedings regarding the children for me to approve. What am I supposed to look for and what do I do with it. I am representing myself as I have no money and he has solicitors. My ex is very bullying and has tried every trick to try and bullying me into what he wants for the children I have stuck to my guns as I believe it''s the right thing to do and I have my reasons but I am so scared he is going to walk all over me at court.

What can I do to prepare myself when I am around him I turn into the heap I was when I was with him and I know I have to stay strong.

Any help will be appreciated
