I was just wondering when do I need to sign the child responsibility document, please?

I have filled the Petition and has been send to the court. When and where can I use the signed form?

Are you referring to a parenting agreement? If so, you can sign this at any time.

A parenting agreement which sets out the child arrangements, or a Child Arrangements Order (court order), or a parental responsibility agreement where you agree to your child''s father having Parental Responsibility?

Would it be easier if you called the advice line on 01202 805020 if it''s easier to explain by talking instead of writing?
