My children are 12and14.more fun and games tonight.I had asked my ex to return my daughter at 6pm when I retd my son from his visit.he refused to answer my messages and then sent my daughter out to tell me she wants to live with her dad.after I came home he sent me a text accusing me of physical abuse and he will be reporting this to the cvourt and applying to keep her.so looks like I have lost before I have started.I see no trace of my children anymore its so sad that parents are allowed to abuse children in this way

Hi Mum of three, You need to find a solicitor who specialises in domestic abuse and parental alienation to start with, start documenting everything, keep all communications between you as evidence. Fight for your right to see your children through the court''s. Your children will see you didn''t give up. You may be able to get legal aid in your situation. There is a blog One mom''s battle it''s American so different legal system but it will gives good advice for these situations. I hope you don''t give up, and that thing get better for you. I know this post is a little old I wonder how things are for you now.

I feel your pain. I am in a similar situation and it has nearly killed me and my parents (who don''t get to see their grandchildren who they doted on)

I miss my children so much - it hurts and wish I could offer you good advice :(
