I''m with my partner who has a shared custody order for his 2 children where he takes them to school everyday and has them every Monday night then one week he has them Fri, sat and sun nights. They have now gone to court to sort out selling the house etc. However as he doesn''t have to pay maintenance cause they have shared care his ex wants to apply to vary the court order stating they only stay with us every other weekend as sometimes they stay round their grandparents. She basically just wants to keep the house and get money out of him stating previously she wanted to get every penny out of him. Can she apply to vary the shared custody order ? Also does that mean the financial court case will be put on hold ? It took 3 years for the child custody case to get solved we cant go through it again just cause she wants money. wont the judge dismiss it?
