My ex has made serious allegations against me primarily to stop contact and ensure i do not see the my 1 yr old daughter. Among st these, she says

1. She is scared i will kill her.
2. I will harm my baby and blame her
3. I wanted her to abort baby.

I am a doctor and would never consider anything silly like above, at-least to keep my job more than anything else. My ex has very stupidly referred herself to social services with above complaints, who completed assessment of both parties and advised that they will not involve further and have referred both of us to Domestic violence intervention program.

I am now looking to apply for a contact order as both my ex and her solicitor are not replying to any request for contact.

Could someone advice me if above allegations amongst many other will affect the outcome i would otherwise have had?

Welcome to wikivorce. As you rightly say these are extremely serious allegations which could have a disastrous effect on your career and would therefore impact on all aspects of your life and your relationship with your daughter for a very long time.

Please consider the suggestions I made in my PMs.
