Hi all,

I have always had the CB for our 11yo. We moved out of the FMH 3 months ago and she has put in a rival claim.

Even though I do 100% of school runs (drop-off and pickup) and have him 75-80% of the time they are asking me to get someone of authority to confirm this ?

Who on earth would do this ?

School or Doctor!!!

How do they know what the living arrangements are ?

Any advice appreciated.

Probably best to decide between you which one needs it most, if mum is on a low income she probably needs to claim child tax credits which she can't do unless she's in receipt of the child benefit.
