What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Someone needs to make an AI divorce coach... i just got quoted £150 per hour for a real life one?!

Everyone's banging on about AI lowering the price and I'd happily use on of them if it was cheaper...

Would anyone use one of these?

No doubt such a thing will appear in due course. The problem with divorce and both child matters and finances is that there are no hard and fast answers: every outcome depends on the individual circumstances of a case. That said if things are straightforward then there are processes to follow that I am sure AI could help with.
This site offers support in many ways, including low cost help to reach a financial settlement through the courts if necessary. It's a lot less than you've been quoted!
