Hi,

I am going through a complex ivorce and the FMH is in trust to my EX as a sole beneficiary. I have made significant contributions to the FMH. I have been advised that I may be able to apply for a constructive trust. Please can anyone share any information they have regarding constructive trusts.

Thank you in advance.
