anyone had a combine FDA and FDR due to a court error ?

I have received both notices for the same day
court is not replying/clarifying therefore i am going to get a barrister ready (I was self rep with online help)

If both FDA and FDR have been listed in error, you should contact the court (copy to the other side) to alert them and ask for clarification. The directions for the two hearings are different. You cannot have a fruitful FDR without full financial disclosure.

It is possible to make the first hearing FDR if both parties are satisfied with the level of financial disclosure - that's what Form G is for.
