Hi

What is the start date for a sealed Consent Order? Is it the date the last party signed the document or is it the date it is sealed by a Judge?

Eg Consent Order signed by the respondent on 17/06/2021, and, sealed by a Judge on 23/07/2021. Does the clock start ticking from 17/06/2021 and financials must be finalised by 12/08/2021? Or is it 17/09/2021?

Just trying to tie up the timescales with the house equity transfer to me & buying out STBX.

Many thanks.

No. Consent Order’s just been submitted to the Court.

Can’t come into force until absolute granted so that’s when the clock starts ticking for anything that is time bound.
