It has been suggested by my ex that we use arbitration to resolve the outstanding issues in our financial settlement after months of mediation has broken down. This would be an alternative to going to court.

What the experiences / opinions of arbitration by the moderators on this forum?

I do not remember reading any posts by people using arbitration to settle their case in all the time I have been going through this process and doing my own research.
