If it is gone, it is gone. Very rarely there may be a case for an add back if matrimonial assets have been dissipated. A lot depends on the circumstances. We'd need to know a bit more to be able to advise.
What was the income from? What was it spent on?

If the money was used for the property, then it is no longer an asset; it has been spent. The property may be considered a matrimonial asset though. It all depends on the circumstances.
