Hi, need some advise please, on how to challenge a PSO? This was ordered 2 days ago and has not been sealed, no child arrangment in place yet
the RP took me to court for CAO after she left the house, after few weeks her solicitor contacted the court to withraw the application, however cafcass still contacted me and we spoke on the phone, then a safiguarding a letter was sent to court stating the RP/ex wife is putting herself and the child at risk by meeting me (non sense), so the court asked for an urgent hearing in which the judge ordered a prohibit steps order for me not to take the child abroad despite there was no evedince.

i was self representing and ex has a lawyer, prior to the hearing the her lawyer didnt send me their position statment so no idea what was in it and the judge didnt read mine as was sent the morning before the hearing due to the short notice for the hearing.

After the hearing I have piled evedince to show this PSO is not in thr best interest of the child or me:
-no contact between my family back home and the child
-this will affect my time with him during holiday as i do travel there for religious celebrations as i am lonely here
-cut ties etc
-i visited my home country with my son myltiple times with no issues
-after the seperation I had my son with me 3 times for the week ends with no issues.

Does the PSO prevent him from having any contact with his extended family abroad or just travelling there?

No. but not being able to take him abroad will prevent direct contact. This also will make it hard for me to plan holidays and to have him during summer holidays etc
