Either way you will finally be quids in.
Pay off some debt, buy a house, invest in the pension she probably took from you- or help your daughter.

Point is its not hers to spend anymore

I didn''t realise that private CM agreements were different to CSA sorry - I only know what happened in my case - so apologise.
As long as you''re supporting your daughter through Uni good for you - some like my ex don''t do that - and never have done !

As your daughter isnt actually 18 yet I would think you should pay up to that point then decided.

I think somuch son is already 18 and his agreement states to end of A levels.

Yep.. was 18 in February, and recently completed his last A level. He also just received ''distinction'' in being a prize prt-
