In 2011 the Tribunal has found my Ex guilty of diverting income, which led into Arrears and a higher maintenance assessment . He had submitted supporting documents since my Appeal in 2010 but than left the country. The hearing took place, he did not show up, got representation or even appealed. With this tribunal decision notice a provisional order was made in accordance with the REMO protocol. I applied to the Singaporean courts on these legal documents in the beginning of 2012! Since than two hearing gave been adjourned as he is claiming that he never received notifications from the courts and the case should now be reviewed. He has now served me his application for a juristical review. What do I do? What can I do? After all this time....... Advice is appreciated or where I can find help.
