Hi All,

Im looking for some help with a form that REMO sent me today. Its the HAGUE CONVENTION 1973 - FORM OF AUTHORITY. I''ve stated my name, where I reside, missed out the "hereby empower" put my ex partner''s namewhere it says "to take, on behalf, all appropriate steps for the recovery of maintenance from, its the next part where ive come unstuck? What do I need to put in where it goes on to say-:

" including the settlement of the claim and, where necessary, the institution and prosecution of an action for maintenance and the execution of any order or other judicial act for the payment of maintenance" Drawn up at..................... on............. it this part that im not sure about. I was given to understand its where the Consent Order was drawn up and the date it was drawn up on? Is this correct? I have to have someone witness my signature as well.

Would be grateful if people in the know could advise me.
Thanx :)
