At the mo i pay my ex £280 a month for csa but that was based on my wages when i was in the army, now i've left the army and the job i've got has less than half the salary of the army, whens the best time to get in touch with the csa? and will my monthly pension that i get from the army be in the calculations that the csa do?

i would get in touch with the csa asap by phone and also follow it up with a letter sent by recorded delivery. secondly yes, your pension will be taken into account as this is classed as income.
