some advice wanted, i have been saving money for my girl, to use for her i have paid in regulary every month. I will be using this money to buy her items taht she needs to stay with me pushchair, bed, etc.

She wants the money now for her and my girl at prensent i pay maintaince csa level and the mortage and other items as well. But what should i do with this money do i buy it now before i submit the form E i hoping to get contact order signed off next month with my statement of arrangements then no problems, but what if form E comes first.

is this in an account in your daughter's name? if so, it's her money as i understand it and nothing to do with form E.

the account is an internet account and i have named it her account.

Do i take it out and open a building society account in her name for my signature.

she cant afford to live her lifestyle, i even gave my girl her easter egg with a bucket and watering can yesterady at the contact centre but the mother left them there, she does not want any material items from me only the money. Maybe to support her pending marraige with her partner.

Have to stop now as it makes me mad

its about £600 which also includes her christams money from me to buy her something when i get to have full contact with her
