if the two of us show at the end of year accounts to earm the same amount of money, it is a tax fiddle and one personally does not get this money it goes into the pot. Would the partner who does not actually get this amount of money, in law when petitioning for devorce be legally entitled to the amount shown on the end of year accounts and tax return.
