my husband only gives me 50 pounds a week, his employer puts him through the books as recieving 188 pounds a week but in fact he recieves almost 400 pounds a week, wat can i do to get the money im entitled to an the back payments over 2 yrs???

I assume the £50 is for maintenance for a child or children? Do you have proof of how much he earns and what you state about his employer? Without this it is difficult to get more than you are getting now. You can involve the CSA but they would only take into account the employers record if you couln't prove otherwise. Have you spoken to him about asking for more? We need a little more detail to give you more helpful advise.

If you are not already using the CSA they will only back date when they get in touch with the NRP .If you are using the CSA they you need to ask for a variation.
