Doe anyone have experience of this.

The CSA have warned me that the next route they want to take with my ex is the criminal interview...

Will this just make everything worse...
and do they actually do it?

my stbx is well on the route to this also so am interested in any responses you receive. Will it make things worse? Depends on your stbx/ex I suppose - if he really is stubborn and doesn't want to pay, probably not, he'll just pretend it's not happening. If he just thought he'd get away with it but when faced with legal action, he realises it's not going to end in his favour, he might get annoyed at you but ultimately get on with it.

Hope it all goes well for you. Do keep us updated

Hi

My X wife is at present is being investigated by the CSA criminal section as she has provided them with information they believe to be false.
After countless phone calls to the cas section dealing with this matter they have told me to be patient and await the outcome.

My stbx wife has decided not to pay a penny in child support for our daughter and is claiming income support. even though she has decided to take out a finance agreement for a new car.

The best thing is to let the csa do thier thing and see how it goes.

Hope it helps

Pete
