My ex husband and i wrote out a seperation agreement when we split up early last year. At the time i just wanted to get my daughters and get away from him.

Since this seperation document was written he has since changed his mind on many things that were agreed to and has also moved into his girlfriends house with her and her mother, i see this as a breach of the agreement to begin with.

Do these agreements have any standing in court as the money he agreed to pay me monthly will barely cover anything for the children.
