The father of my two children thought he would get away with sending his half brother to do his dna test.Only when i got the results they included a picture i phoned the csa straight away and reported what happend. They did send out two enforcment officers to speak to me they left with pictures of him his brother and his brothers wife on their wedding day,and said they would deal with the matter. Two years on he admited what he had done and cleared his arrears, but surley the csa should still have prosecuted himfor fraud.
