Hi Does anyone have any advice on shild support for a step child He was three when i met his mum and 6 when we married, do I have to pay my STBX maintenance for him also or is it the biological fathers responsibility? :huh:

Hi

Via the CSA there is no claim as it will be the biological fathers resposibilty.However your ex could apply through court for maintenance payments for your step son .
