I rang the CSA and the reason I didn't get the money, was that he hadn't paid the CSA. I was told he had up untill the next payment day to pay, and then action would be taken. That was the 11.09.09, so hopefully I will get some money in soon!

if your ex does not pay you will need to ring the csa and tell them even though they will know, they have that many people who dont pay it will be lost in the massive pile of people who dont so it could sit there for some time before it is worked on, but bear in mind when a payment schedule is sent to you it is a result of a collection letter similar to yours being sent to your ex to try and get him/her to pay it will never mean that they have agreed to it. if your assesment is a result of claiming job seekers normally this will be deducted from the benefit but sometimes takes some time for the payment to come through, 99% of payments made to the csa are paid out as soon as they are cleared now due to a systen upgrade so the only reason you would have to wait is if the payment is late or there is a rare technical error stopping it going.
