Hi All,
Got some great advice a couple of weeks ago and now some more info has come to light and i really don't know where to turn or what to do for the best.

Brief summary-
Ex H is court ordered to pay £300 a month.Aug he only gave £150 and refused to speak about the rest.
Turns out he has lost his job (this happened in August hence he only gave £150).

I have contacted the csa who have decreed that he has to pay nothing because he has the boys every other weekend.
He has told my eldest that he has about £900 coming to him in backdated benefits..nice for him.

So my question is do i just suck up the fact that whilst out of work he pays nothing and sit and wait for him to find a job or do i go back to court to re-claim the arrears from August(although when do arrears stop cos technically its still in force as csa haven't officially taken on the case)from his soon to be 'windfall'?

I work myself but its hardly a fortune.

Going back to court is going to cost me god knows how much...so confused as to how to resolve this :S

Thanks for reading
x

Personally, I would be a bit more sympathetic to the fact that he doesn't have work, and see where it goes. The courts can't make him pay money he doesn't have at the moment and like you said - the fees will be more than it is worth.
