When we go to court re: child maintenance (am asking for more than the CSA say as they only take into account his wage and not his extensive other incomes) I am going to ask for cm into adulthood for my dd as she has a disability and will need support. I also feel that her mental health ie. her depression, self esteem issues and anxiety will impact my ability to work and her need for greater support. She is being seen by the CAMHS team currently for these issues as she has been suicidal.

My question is, dd does not want her father to know about her mental health issues or that she is being seen by CAMHS, is it possible to submit to court evidence to the judge only, that can be kept private away from xh and his solicitor?

If not, I will not be able to use it. A lot of her issues stem from witnessing xh be abuse to me and eldest ds. That, mixed up with her disability.

My feeling is it is unlikely the courts can make a decision based on evidence that one party is not allowed to see.
If your ex has parental responsibility he is entitled to view your daughters medical records should he need to anyway.

Just as an addition to this providing she is under 16. Over 16 the child can request privacy.

she is 17 so thats good. But its as to whether the court would accept it as tets says. It does influence though her needs and my ability to work but can see thats awkward to evidence to xh without him knowing why.
