why when i went to court for a/r did i not get advised about ex paying c/s,three kids and never ever got 1 penny,who is at fault my sol,my barister,the judge,i was all alone at court did not have a clue what was going on fighting for my home,he will get a nice big fat lump sum have kept the home paid the mortgage etc ,there was no justice for my kids that day ,mesher order up soon and i feel so angry about non c/s,ex has his own house also.

You wouldn't have been awarded child support in court as it's dealt with by the csa if you cannot come to a private arrangement with your ex.
