How is Child Support calculated when Two Children live with their Mother and One with their Father? The logical answer would seem to be for the Parent with One Child to pay Support for only One Child (2-1 =1), however I would not be suprised if this was not the case!

I leave the calculations to the csa as in my case they're quite complicated.

I have one child with me who although visits with his mother has made it clear that he doesn't want to stay overnight which also falls in line with the fact she makes excuses why he can't come over. She pays CSA to me (under duress and still not at the correct amount as she works cash in hand so as not to effect her benefits and then declares she only works 16 hours).

She has two children with her one that comes over and stays when she wants as residence orders were resinded for her and her brother (thats with me). For calculation purposes it's based as zero over night. Then our younger son spends 4 nights every two weeks, plus adhoc contact plus half the school holidays. I pay to my ex via the csa and they take care of both lots of calculation and collection.
