HI there i am paying into a personal pension plan but my ex wants more money from me and wont be able to contribute towards it do the csa take my pension into consideration when calculating how much i should pay any advice would be helpful

I believe that they do take into account pension payments as a reduction in your salary.

Best to check on their website its relatively easy to see the main headlines of what is included within the calculation of income for the nrp
