I never thought I'd get here.

Afer over 3 years of proceedings My ex has finally given written confirmation he is unwilling to provide any maintenece for our child.

We are in the UK (Ihave sole residence of our child), he resides in another European Country.

What is the best way to go about this? I'm grateful for any advice.

If he/she is an a signatory country (most of the civilised world is) then the keyword is "REMO". It stands for Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders). Here's the link below. You simply need a UK court backed maintenance order and send it to REMO - they do the rest.
