Just a quick one - am in the middle of drafting up a response to his ex wives lies & nonsense....tribunal blah blah

Is it true that in March 2003 a court / judge could no longer order either party to pay CSA during divorce proceeding?

They get divorced & apply to CSA themselves..

Much appreciated (told you it was quick)

From 3 March 2003 the courts do not usually have the powers to impose an order for child support. They may make an order to top up CM if the non resident parent's income exceeds the CSA capped amount(£2k/week), for school fees or expenses related to child's disability.

Child maintenance agreed can be included in a Consent Order and any arrears are enforceable.
