Hi all, as the dust is now settling, my ex still doesnt 'get it' completely.
I suspect after gaining my contact order the only thing remaining for her would be to go to the CSA or whatever it is just now.

I have paid on standing order since day one and obviously pay for all the other things my kids need with me, clothes, food, trips and holidays and all the other expenses one would never really realise one incurs.
She is fairly constantly after more money even though I pay about £30 a month more than CSA calcs from about 18 month ago.
Based on 2 kids and 3 nights a fortnight, how are things worked out now, my interest is on the net pay thing, versus gross pay
when we worked the figure out I was not paying a pension but am now, but leave the amount I pay the same.

The CSA calculation allows for pension payments, they look at net pay...

Csa is based on net taxable pay (excludes anything you don't pay tax on such as pension contributions and certain allowances) and it is not backdated and reduced for overnight contact (over min 52 nights).

Therefore if you are paying more by choice and she goes to the csa only to get less she's an idiot in my opinion.
