Your ex wife seems very bitter towards you.

Maybe it would be best if you could try and discuss things with your ex as your children not seeing their father must be very difficult for all concerned.

Good luck!

circuit,

You have an obligation as well as CO to pay maintenance for your children. Your ex has an obligation as well as CO to include both parents in the childrens lifes. You are complying, ex is not.

This is a really difficult situation you face and there is no easy answer. That your son is not staying with mum, grandmother is ignoring you and you have no contact with son "shuts you out" and this is an awful place to be. You do hold the moral high ground in that you continue to uphold your obligations however I respect how little solace this is when having no contact with a child.

Unfotunately there is a mindset that thinks contact with own child is something to be purchased...sick, sad, selfish and stinks...but sometimes cutting off the monetary gain is one way of awakening thismindset...if indeed they can be awakened.

Now before anyone bites my ass, yes I agree that PR is important however sometimes being fully alienated from your child, shut out by the other "adults" in the childs life and being the bigger person morally requires superhuman powers that most mere mortals do not possess.
