Enforcement of Consent Order

I signed a Consent Order with my ex - I was blackmailed into signing for a larger amount of child support per month than I could afford and to lie about my income so the judge would approve it. My ex promised I could reduce it by £200 a month when she moved in with her partner.

I paid full amount until she moved in, then for nearly a year at lower amount. Then I was out of work and couldn't pay. After education and getting a job abroad my ex agreed that I should spend child support on air fare to see my daughter monthly.

But then she banned me from seeing her due to me falling out with her partner and I had to take her to court to get access (I still am).

Now her solicitors say they intend to pursue 12 months of back payments and original full amount to be enforced in Spain. They say it is irrelevant that I claim to have signed it under duress or that the amount is too high or that my ex agreed to reduce payments.

I know she is only doing this because she knows I cannot afford to pay legal bills to get access or flights if I have to pay this. Can I challenge this or will it just happen?

Very upset. It seems having lots of money and expensive lawyers means I can't see my daughter and I have to pay money I can't afford...
