I want to start this Petition to give the CSA sureillance rights along with the same powers of all other benefit agencies.

I found out that after 7 days of filming my ex working after saying he's not that they could not use the evidence due to they have no powers to do it as he could claim it's a breach of his human rights.

I would like anyone who agrees with this petition to write a little something in agreement to aknowlegde them as a signature even if its 'I agree to give them powers for surveillance'

Maybe we can push it through faster so alot of us can get the money we are owed.

Hi just love your post it has given me a few ideas!!! I couldn't agree more with you. The C.S.A really have very limited powers set down by law. My ex planned his divorce strategy for some time was a company director sold shares now says employed on 18k a year. I was getting just £16 a week for my two daughters!!! My ex drive a 45k porsche and a new Range Rover!!! Owns three properties (There is a loophole in the law where rental income properties are concerned and the C.S.A) I have expressed all this to the C.S.A and they have sent me a variation form. I know like you it will get me nowhere I have also filmed ex he actually spends more than 18k a year in restaurants let alone anything else. I would support you with a Petition. good luck DB

What gets to me is you are both sitting on your lazy bums and wasting time following your kids’ dads to try and gain more money from them. I’m guessing you are both scorned, bitter women who probably either have low paid jobs or are sitting at home. I am female and a single mother, however I have a successful well paid job and have better things to do with my time than chase my child’s father through the CSA system. The agency is a complete waste of time and money and creates divides through families instead of bringing them together. I suggest you spend more time teaching your children to be financially independent instead of chasing men for money.

When your divorced let us know if you feel the same way, but you've probably got time to sit and shaft money away while your thinking about it. Still living off the other half.
Whats the point of having laws if no one will stick to them.
It's about them taking responsibility look outside the box at the bigger picture.

Aren't you the bloody lucky one then. I am an unemployed dad who gets damn all from my cash in had ex but then in your eyes I am benefit cheating scum as well I suppose.
To get back to the op, I had 2 weeks worth of filming my ex working and the CSA and HMR&C still wouldn't budge.
Oh and I had the filming done so I wouldn't get screwed over at the final hearing.

This is a nasty one... gonna rile individuals and there circumstances...

I for one am not up for this Big Brother crap.. I believe there are ways of obtaining the financial circumstances of parents not paying for their children..

However I totally support the parent whom has a lazy ex who assumes they should not work and be financially supported by their ex... They have to start new lives too often from scratch as the law often is bias to the fathers in this country and thinks its ok for them to live in a lower class of housing whilst the ex wife lives the same life as when they were married.. NOT ON!!!

This does not excuse them of their support towards their child..
The benefits system in this country handing out to single mothers is ridiculous I mean be honest how many are actually SINGLE. what a load of bollocks.. There 10s of 1000s of single mothers pretending to be single so they dont lose housing ben/CTX etc...

I believe every parent should support their children after divorce, not just financially but emotionaly too..

I wonder what how much money the government would rake back in.. If they put so called single parents under surveilence!!!

So really its a no win situation...

If your gonna divorce or separate.. Dont depend wholly on the other parent.. Make sure you do your best to provide for your children & go through the right channels.. The CSA have improved of late & they will get there eventually.

No offence intended just stating cold hard facts...
