i have heard they may be getting rid of the csa,is this true.what will replace it and how do i sort my divorce and child maintanance after all the effort we have put in for a amicable break.

Your divorce has nothing at all to do with the CSA so don't worry about that. If you are amicable, you won't need to use the CSA anyway - far better you have a private agreement in place than using the CSA, they're not the most efficient organisation, that's for sure!
