I take it the Consent Order is less than a year old? If so, you can apply back to the court to enforce the terms of the order.

Before you take any steps though you should find out why the payments are not being made. There is no point making an application to the court which will cost you money if your ex is short of monies and will not be able to pay your costs or the arrears.
