My partner has a Consent Order in place for CM. (+12 months)

Her ex wants to reduce CM payments.

CSA have no jurisdiction as her ex is paid salary abroad.

CSA state that he can therefore only apply to the court to vary.

If he doesn't pay the correct amount, I can see from reading on here that we would have to go to court to enforce the order.

How do we do this? Can we self rep? If not who picks up the costs?

Sorry no one has answered so far.

What country does he live in now and where is the company he works for based.

There is an agreement called REMO reciprocal enforcement of maintenance orders, upwards of 80 country's are signed to the agreement.

If he is in one of those country's or works for a company based based in a country signed to the agreement the order can be enforced via the agreement, basically the maintenance is collected where he is and passed back to you.

You can do it yourself but it does take time.

If you add "REMO" in the wiki search bar you will be able to read all about it and how others did it assuming the REMO agreement applys.
