Hi

i'm looking for advise regarding the csa and nrp earning money out of the uk but living in the uk for only 90 days per year therefore being classed as a non resident for tax purposes but habitually living in the uk or domiciled to the uk. Can the csa get involved if he doesn't pay tax in the uk? a Consent Order is in place but is over 1 year old and he says he is going to the csa to reduce cm in line with the csa rates etc.
i think he earns a small amount of money while in the uk also and declares that to the tax office. will the csa base the maintenance on the money he declares in the uk only and not on the rest. it seems complicated and confusing.
thanks
jayny

Hi again

any advice here would be great for my understanding as its complicated,

do the csa only go on income earned in the uk and then the courts will have to get involved to unveil the rest outside of the uk, when the consent order is over 1 yr and a day is it automatically the csa whom initially deals with the cm, then submits to the court

thx
