 Divorced Jan.2010,work part time.Ex agreed to pay £650PM for 1st 12 months child maintenance as per court order.2 boys 4&8. Only if I started Divorce proceedings.Which I did.Jan.£650,each month a decrease, now Sept.£450.He said it will decrease to £380 as he would receive an allowance for partners 2 children. He and his NEW partner gross £34000 each.I knew it would change after 12 months and thought this would let me get sorted, if thats possible. The divorce was for his adultery & he wanted a quick divorce so he could move on.I only receive child maint. from him. Boys & I on our own, however now getting on with life & looking towards future.IS he allowed to decrease in 1st 12 months & what about future payments?

If CM is the subject of a court order, then he would have to apply to the court for a variation. He can't just change it when the mood takes him. When the order is twelve months old, he can make an application to the CSA for an assesment.
