Hi

I hope someone can help. My ex now lives and works overseas. I have a court order for maint payments which he now seems to have stopped paying despite several letters to his solicitor and no reply.

How would I go about getting him back in court for non payment and does he have to be so many months behind?

Hope someone can help as I believe he will actually be in this country in the next few weeks.

Thanks

Hi RBS

I think you need to contact REMO, as you have a court order I believe they can enforce maintenance. And from what I have researched you can claim for months that have been unpaid.

Good Luck
