I am claiming child maintenance via the CSA at the moment. I would like to go back to my original financial Ancillary Relief Order. Does anyone know the process? Do I have to complete another form E or do I just ask the courts to reinforce the order.

Thanks Sam

As far as I'm aware the courts won't touch CM once the CSA are involved ........

Wise Wikis - is this right?
