GO to the CSA...he may spit fire for a while but keep your cool and tell him he left you no choice..that you cannot raise your kids on fresh air as he's expecting you to!
At least once the CSA have made their calculation they'll chase him to pay on time..it'll be out of your hands and he'll have to be making excuses to the CSA about why he hasnt paid if he misses a payment, not ranting at you and upsetting you.
Me...I'm into year 3 now of the CSA investigating my ex through criminal compliance as he's a company director and good at hiding his money...I'm hoping 2011 will be the year my little 2 will finally get some financial support from their sperm donor!

going to the csa is probably your best option here however please bear in mind that they are not the quickest to deal with things or the most efficient in the mean time if your ex gets angry and pays you nothing there is little you can do i have found myself in this situation twice now in the last year and have had no maintainence since oct and quite frankly the csa are not helpfull at all.good luck to you

thanks insane, finding this all really horrible having to force a parent to help take care of their own (lovely) children. When they see him they run up and hang on to his legs and are so pleased to see him its so sad.
