I moved back into the Family Home on the 1st Oct 2010 as my soon to be ex moved in with her boyfriend.
We had an agreement that she would keep CB and CT Credts and stop her CSA claim as we shared the care of our daughter.
However since then my daughter who's 13 doesn't want to stay with her mum and boyfriend plus 2 teenage boys. She has no room anyway!
So in just over 3 months my daughter has spent 6 nights with her mum.
I have now put a claim in for the CB and CT Credits, as she can not claim these now anyway although she was.
She has contributes very little if anything for our daughter even though I ask...can I apply to the CSA even though I dont have a CB number yet?
I really dont want to go through the CSA but I believe her mum should contribute.

Yes you can, just inform them that the CB claim is pending, and provide all the relevant info the CSA will need (they will let you know what they need).
