My child will be 17 in June, has been doing an apprenticeship since June last year, but wants to go to college in September, my ex no longer pays maintenance, would he have to start paying again if he goes back to college.

Thanks

If the course is full time, secondary level (A levels or equivalent) education, then you could make an application via the CSA

It would be for a level diploma 2 which is more equivalent to a GSCE, my court order stated until thay are 18 or leave full time tertiary education.
